I am more than happy to provide feedback to your Senior Partner, on the efficient and timely manner you have conducted our affairs, in respect of our property purchase in Mallorca.
You have been very precise and detailed in the work you prepared and you always kept us informed of any developments. This meant we were able to approach the completion date, safe in the knowledge that all aspects had been covered and everything was in order.

My wife and I chose the IPLC to act for us when we purchased our first property in Spain in 2009.
At that time, the newspapers were running a lot of stories about the scandal of houses built illegally due to corruption by local Spanish officials.
The IPLC with their specialist lawyer, Ms Rocio Perez helped guide us through these dangers, often at the cost of a great workload to Ms Perez.Rocio was able to use her native Spanish to converse with local officials to make certain that correct certificates and documents were produced, and all the while patiently keeping my wife and I informed at every stage of the process.The purchase went smoothly. We owe it to IPLC for their expertise and to Rocio in particular for her diligence, knowledge, patience and her ability to explain everything in clear English.Another house purchase in the same region of Southern Spain is planned for early in 2012.
